Always in my heart.

I had on in the background a series called the land gir when I was in my room drawing so this illustration has a clear vintage inspired focus, I think the man within her heart looks like buddy holly so maybe not necessary her boyfriend but how when he died a huge fan girl love for him. I like the idea of un-conventional un soppy loves especially on this day, valentines it's just far to commercial and I think it's stupid just to have one day which is meant to celebrate love it should be a year round thing.

Competition time!
I mentioned a few posts ago about an idea I had for a giveaway well it's going to be a joint effort with the lovely Melissa from Oh, My Darling.

What an exciting giveaway and a generous offer from Jaymie!"  Taken  from Melissas post on the give-away, thanks sweet! The giveaway begins now, and will end Monday February 21st at 9pm. The time I felt that wonderful, overwhelming love was a month after my Father passes, I became pregnant. It was unexpected bc we had stopped trying, after 5 failed IVFs. My daddy told me he would get to Heaven and send me a baby and that he did. Even though I miscarried at 8 weeks, I still think back to that being a beautiful love between with my husband, the new baby to be and my father watching over us.

Hi
This is an oppurtunity i can't miss! I love your drawings (as i've said manytimes before;P_).

Throughout the years, i've felt many feelings of overwhelming love, but the one that stands out to me was the birth of my daughter. I had been so depressed throughout pregnancy and i was not in a great frame of mind and i had also a really difficult birth. But when she was born, i was unable to keep from smiling. I fell asleep with her smiling, i woke up with her smiling, and for those two days, it was a very overwhelming feeling. She's a little brat now, but the feeling hasnt gone :)

A moment when I felt wonderful, overwhelming, love was when my fiance proposed to me.
