Vintage Bows

I had a date with my sewing machine today it's the first time I've used it in yonks!
I found the perfect red vintage butterfly print material in my mums material stash, originally I wanted to make a little detachable collar for some of my dresses but unfortunately I didn't have enough of it. So I decided I would make some bows either for hair, brooch or as bow ties. If anyone has any bow needs or would be interested in one drop me an email and can sort it out through paypal. I would love to make more of these cute bows for other people I have enough material for like 4 more I reckon, share the red vintage butterfly love.

I must see this! Not many cinemas seem to be playing it which is a pain. I haven't actually seen any television trailers for it and have only really heard about it through magazines and the internet. The story of Coco Chanels life has been twisted and parts are works of fiction but it so looks worth the watch just for the costume designs alone not to mention the styling, scenery and beautiful parisian chic. What more could you want? To me it's just complete fashion porn! Vogue recently interviewed the costume designer for Coco Chanel and Igor Stravinski, which is really interesting, click here to read it. I think i'm going to have to drag someone uptown to go see it with me!

Whats everyone up to tonight? I'm Going to have a Big Brother finale night in! Can't wait to see what new old housemates they put in for ultimate Big Brother! Fully getting my BB nerd on.

P.S Don't forget to enter my Giveaway not long left now :)
so excited to send someone their presents!

Love the bow I have to learn to make them myself as I have fabric offcuts which I could use.

What a cute red bow :)
And it looks perfectly sewn for someone who hasn't been using it in 'yonks' LOL

Thanks for your comments. It's nice to see another blogger from the same area as myself! That is a cute bow, I like how you've displayed it on the illustration.
